  Staff is friendly, but the upper management is rude and condescending. I go in to a locally owned business with the intention of spending hard earned money. After the young lady at the counter assists me I was still deciding, so the owner comes out a few minutes later and asks me what I'm looking for, I tell him and he starts explaining again to me what products are available. The girl rudely comments how she just explained that, so he turns to me and says, "oh so you're having me waste time explaining this to you again? Pssh" Im like oh I'm sorry you just kinda started explaining and I didn't have a chance to say I was already told I'm just still deciding.... he literally shakes his head and walks away to the back, mumbling how I wasted his time....wow, I've never experienced that kind of service from staff at Phat Glass. I'll admit Phat Glass is more expensive but it's worth spending $5 more to be treated in a corteous & professional manner... I don't think answering questions or explaining products should be a waste of time.I honestly felt really uncomfortable especially when other customers came in and got super friendly assistance and staff interaction. It sucked, I really wanted to buy an expensive product at a convenient time, but I instead will have to spend a little more and wait until tomorrow because the competititors do charge more and aren't open as late but hell no am I gonna pay to be treated like an inconvenience.
